Hello friends, today we will talk about Google Forms ,What is this and how to use it
We fill a lot of forms in our Daily Life, such as Bank Account Forms, Government Jobs Forms and many more but now mostly all forms are now being filled online but these forms can be filled only by those who have WebSites Whoever does not have WebSites, had to make web site for the first time, but now it is not anybody who has any idea about their event or feed or online registration We can use Google Forms.
what is google forms ?
1.Form is created by anyone with a Google Account. The form is saved on the user's Google Drive (product).
2.the creator of the form share it with other friends and customers .
3.Anyone with whom you share Google Form, then they all submit their own responses filled in that form.
4.And after all the submissions are filled with all the details, then all of these forms are saved in Google Sheet in the Forms Creator's Google Drive.
How to create google forms
1.first go to google form websites https://www.google.com/forms/about/
2.click go to google forms.
3.where you have many number of templates for use ,you can use those template other wise create you forms
4.In create forms click on + sign (these botton for create a new form ).
5.Now you have a simple form in front of you. There are so many elements in it that you can create forms with their help. You can understand the elements before making forms.
a.First you have to give a title to your forms. These titles will tell your users about the form of what form it is.And if you want below it you can write a short note about it.
b. ADD QUESTION :- if you are using a template then
1.where you click on untitled question and enter you question in form.you get suggestion based on your type of question
2.where you have a multiple choice with the help of you change your type question but this optional
3. Add response options (if applicable for your question type)
4.some question in your form are necessary And you want the user to answer this question definitely.then you click Required button.

c.But if you are not using templates then
1.Drag to reorder a question. You can also drag and reorder answers
2.Delete a question

4.To shuffle the question order, click Settings > Presentation. Check the Shuffle question order box and click Save.
